Experiment Ended. Wednesday, July 21, 1999 11:30 am After photos taken.  Water in cup 9 gone.  Coke in cup 7 just a sticky mess (no liquid).  An inch of nail in cups 1,3 exposed.
Please note unless otherwise noted, the notes/comments section is strictly by visual observation.  The changing of the coke in the cups takes about one 12 ounce can.
