The results:

As you can see, the outdoor and indoor nails have been rotted by the coke. The nails whose coke was changed daily suffering the most. Coke actually cleaned the copper nails. Water had little effect on any of the nails. The one flaw with this experiment was the sunlight started to evaporate the coke and water, which caused problem with the NOCCI and NOCWI cups. I am going to try another experiment soon, similar to NOCCI, but shielded to prevent evaporation. Looks like my grandfather was right.

DACCI: daily change coke immersion. Coke in cup changed every day.
NOCWI: no change water immersion. Water in cup never changed.
Nails 1-3 galvinized outdoor nail, nails 4-6 indoor nails, nails 7-9 copper nails.
